Did Air Squat warm ups
5-5-5-5-5 @ 95lbs (46% of body weight)
Did fairly easy but wrists were hurting. Need to work on geting better flexibility in the wrists.
Finished with Overhead barbell squats with just the bar
3 x 10 - worked on proper form
